i want my hyperlink to open in a new window

using powerpoint 2007 they removed the option to target the link to open in a
new window. before you couold choose same, whole, new, or parent. Am I just
missing where they moved this too? or is this option not available anymore? I
know I can edit a file using notepad but that seems to be going backwards.
please help

I also wanted to say that I am saving this as a webpage. This used to work
just fine in the previous version
