I want my Microsoft office shortcut bar back

I think it is a shame that they removed this function. It was amazing I do
not like the quick launch tool bar that displays on the quick launch. Having
the capability of displaying the shortcut bar on any location was great. I
had my on the right hand side and if I needed to open up a program I just
click.

I want it back!
