I want rule conditions with an "or" instead of "and"

When making a rule from scratch, I'd like the conditions to have an "or"
instead of an "and."

For example, with "text" in the recipient's address OR with "text" in the
sender's address. (The rule automatically makes it: with "text" in the
recipient's address AND with "text" in the sender's address.")
