I WANT THE EMAIL MEMO TO BE PRINTED BEFORE EMAIL IS SENT

When a email is printed it has the memo bit up the top saying who printed the
email, who it's to, who it is from, when it was sent the the subject!

i would like to be able to print a copy of some emails that i send before
they are sent but the email memo bit does not show up, is there a way i can
change this?
