I want to access my C.V. from msaccess

I have created a database to store my C.V. stored in msaccess. Once I send a
C.V. to a company I am inputting that in msaccess as below :
Serial#, To_Company, To_the person, job_Catogary, Biodata_FileName
Please tell me how to arrange the field "Biodata_FileName" to access the
biodata from msaccess. Once I click this field I need to go to biodata in
msword. Can I? How?
