I WANT TO ADD A NEW RECORD IN REPORT

I have created a Weekly Absent Report. I have to report weekly about our
department employees absent report. Database fields are as below :
Employee Name, Type of Ducument, Period, Remarks
One page will be there per week. I have created the report as mentioned
above filed. Working propertly. Employee Name is Permenant. But after I
create the Database and Report one more Employee also joined. I added the
employee in my database. How can I add this new Employee in Report ? Please
inform.

If your data and report were correctly structured, you would not have this
problem. How are you currently determining which employees are included in
the report?

Is your report based on a query or table? If so, include that new employee
in that data source.

I just entered data in the form and saved. I want to know how can I bring
that data in the report once I add a new employee in the form. I get result
in the form once I enter Type of Ducument, Period, Remarks for corresponding
existing Employee Name fields. As I told you, I dont have to Input Employee
Name. That is already there in Text field. I hope you got what I mean.

No, I don't.

What is the record source of your report? Is it a query or a table? Is the
record that you added in that record source? If so, it will be included on
your report. If not, then you need to figure out why your record source
does not include the record.

If you add a record, then run a report, that record will be on the report.
Unless you have some criteria to exclude them.

No idea what you mean by, "As I told you, I dont have to Input Employee
Name. That is already there in Text field. I hope you got what I mean."

My report is based on a table. I hope once I enter datas in form or table
both are o.k. I mean I can use form to input data also. I know forms are
always based on table. Am I right ? I have experimented now if I get result
in report once I enter data for new Employee. Great! Now working properly.
