I want to add an amazon widget using frontpage. How do I do that?

I am new to web design. I am trying to decide if front page will be right for
me. I want to be able to add amazon widgets easily to my web page. The design
package I'm using right now I'm really struggling to add widgets!

It's a simple copy and paste.
In Amazon,
select and configure the widget
Click "Add to page"
On the screen showing the various web hosts (Blogger, etc) Click "Copy"
button
Open the website and then the page in FrontPage and switch to Code View
Edit->Paste where you want the widget.
The widget will not work in Design View - and perhaps not in Preview. It
should work in Preview in Browser provided you have an internet connection
and Flash enabled in the browser.
The procedure for adding the widget is roughly the same in any web page
editing program.

FrontPage is probably not the correct choice for a beginner - it will lead
you into poor page design habits. Also FrontPage has been discontinued for
some years and replaced by Expression Web. Expression Web V3 is about to be
released in (in less than 2 weeks or so).

FrontPage has been replaced by Expression Web and MS Office SharePoint
Designer. These are NOT upgrades. Some knowledge of HTML and CSS are
required to get the best out of these programs.
Expression Web is aimed at standards compliant web sites, and has limited
support for FrontPage components. Expression Web supports PHP and asp.NET
2.

Expression Web has no support for VML graphics as produced by FrontPage and
other Office applications (WordArt, ShapeArt, TextBoxes and objects created
using the Drawing toolbar)

A 30 day trial for Expression Web is available from
http://www.microsoft.com/expression/products/Overview.aspx?key=web
IMPORTANT: Do not forget the product key obtainable from
http://www.microsoft.com/uk/expression/productkey.aspx
(the product key link on the download page does not appear to work anymore.)

The newsgroup for Expression Web is microsoft.public.expression.webdesigner
The link
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.expression.webdesigner
should open the group in your news reader.
