i want to automatically save the data after every 2 mins in excel

please help me to configer the excel worksheet in such a way that it saves
all the files i create automatically, can someone tell me the steps

If you are using 2007 choose Office Button>Excel Options (very bottom of
menu).Check out for 'Save tab...'
