I want to change words that are already in a picture. how do I do.

i am working on a picture that has wording that I would like to change I am
working in microsoft office picture manager with it but am unable to change
anything in the picture. do I need a different program or can I do it in the
one I am in?

This newsgroup is specifically for matters dealing with Microsoft Project. I suggest you try to find a more appropriate newsgroup that deals with picture manager problems.
