I want to combine to excel files in one file (not merging)

I use Excel 2000
I want to combine two excel files in one excel file,
like i have 100s of excel file and i dont want to open them sepratley
i want to open them in one spreadsheet.

how i can get all data in one spreadsheet!

again i dont want to merge them by link field horizontaly, i want t
join them by vertically!!!

I think if you gave some more info, then you might get some responses.

Are all the files in the same folder? Which worksheet(s) do you want
merged--just the first or all of them?
