I want to create a form with several views and then...

Meg

I created a form "New from a data Connection" (connecting to an Access
Database)
When I do that, it automatically creates a default view with a title table
at the top and then a place to put query fields to query from and then below
that a place to put data fields for Data Entry. I designed the form and put
query stuff in .

Then I added a Menu View, Data Entry View, Reports View, and a Run Query View.
The Menu View just has buttons to switch to each of the views. Here is the
problem:

View 1 (default) has the query and the data entry, however I want the Query
on a separate view - so I copied it and put it on another view (naming it Run
Query View) and deleted it from the View 1, leaving just the Data Entry form
and renaming the View to Data Entry View.

Can this be done? or am I just wasting my time? If it can be done can you
help?

Thanks,

MEG
Then I want to create a Reports View.
