I want to create a web page...

....and when I click on the "insert a movie" icon it shows an error: "This
object was created in HTMLInLineVideoCtl. This application is not available
to open this object..."
What is this? How do I fix it? It also happens when I want to insert a sound
and a scrolling text.

The code file that supported those functions has a security hole, and
Microsoft has disabled it. There is no replacement, and MS doesn't
give any hint of when or whether there will be one. See
