I want to create yellow 3D text boxes on a form using Publisher

I have been trying to create a form for a web page using Publisher. I can
create the form, but all text boxes look flat, white background and blue
outline. How do I change the boxes to yellow background and 3D look?

I have tried to use a form from the Design Gallery....some of boxes are
flat, some yellow. When I click on properties to see what the difference is
so I can change mine to same, I don't notice anything different...so why some
white and some yellow?

This is not Publisher. Nor your form page or browser. It's your Google Tool
bar add-in installed on the browser. Turn it off or browse it's options and
disable the option to highlight fields for auto-fill.
