I want to document my template style attributes in a style guide

I have set up a Word 2007 template and am in the process of writing a style
guide. I want to document the attributes of the styles as part of the guide.

I can display the style attributes on screen, but I can't select the text
displayed so I can copy this into a document.

Is there a way to display the style attributes so that the descriptive text
can be copied, or printed out?

Thanks,

salbie

Hi Salbie,

If you have installed the Microsoft Save As PDF/XPS add-in for Word 2007 (under Office Button=>Save As), then a somewhat roundabout
way to get a style listing is to Print to the .XPS printer
Office Button=>Print=>Print
and under 'Print What' pick 'Styles'
and choose the XPS printer.

Then copy and paste from the resulting XPS document into a blank Word document.
