I want to download picture manager?

I bouhgt a new PC with Office 2003 home. I miss Microsoft office picture
manager, which I used to get rid of my red eyes with. Now I only have a basic
picture viewer. Where can I download picture manager?

Office 2003 comes with the Picture Manager. Start, Microsoft Office Tools, the
Picture Manager is in this menu. The Picture Manager is not bundled with
Windows...
