Two years ago, I set up a recurring appointment for Wednesdays. I specified
"no end date" for the recurrence. Occasionally, I would have to make a
change in an instance of the series, so I did so. Now, the Wednesday
appointments are about to end. But if I try to change the recurrence so
that it has an end date, Outlook will change all of my changes to those
"special" instances back to the standard recurrence language; in other
words, I'll lose all of that old information. Outlook is good enough to
warn me that it will lose that information. But isn't there some way to end
this recurrence without losing information?
