i want to have a permanent BCC

we have several computors on our system using the same email address, i want
to have an automatic bcc from each computir to send a copy of every message
sent back to myself , so we can all see who is talki ng to who and what was
said .

is this possible

So why aren't you spying on them up at your mail server? Any user can see
that you installed an Auto-BCC add-on into Outlook - and disable it.

Just enable journaling on your Exchange server.

If you don't have an Exchange server, here is your excuse to get one.

If they're all using the same mail address, the information you want won't be
in the Bcc'd copy, since every mesage will appear to come from the same
address and you still won't know which person sent which message, unless you
wind up examining the mail headers looking for the IP address of the
originating machine. Seems to me you're better off having the server copy
you, if you can.
