I want to import an Excel 07 File to my Outlook 07 Contact List

I want to import an Excel 07 File to my Outlook 07 Contact List. I know there
is away but I just can't find the instructions

go to File menu and click on "Import and Export...".
then choose "Import from another program or file"
then select Micorsoft Excel, next browse for your excel file.

i'm not sure if this is what you were looking for?
