It sounds like the Windows Installer needs to install additional files
for importing your Excel data. Data1.msi is an installer file that
contains information for your current installation. If it is missing
then you will be prompted to locate it.
Now, if the Data1.msi file it is looking for is not correct for your
Office installation then you'll need to obtain the Windows Installer
Clean up utility and use it to remove only the reference to Office.
Once that is complete then you'll need to reinstall Office to point
the Windows Installer to your installation CD:

This can be caused by several things, since it's looking for Office
Small Business then I suspect Office came preinstalled on your
computer? If that's the case then the OEM may have used an image to
install Office for you using Office Small Business but then installed
the additional applications for Office Professional. Hard to know for
sure, but one thing that is for sure is it is typical for OEM
installations of Office to be messed up - which is one of the reasons
why Microsoft created the Windows Installer Clean up utility.
