Do you mean insert contact information into a OneNote page from Outlook?
Something other than copy and paste of the Contacts fields?
You use the word "distribute". Are you going to distribute a OneNote
section (with for example meeting notes, etc) to others and want contact
information visible or embedded on the page?
There is nothing native to OneNote that helps with this, but you can export
the contact as a VCF file, then create a file:// link on the OneNote page.
(Dragging and dropping the VCF file onto the page is a quicker way to do
this).
When distributing the OneNote file, you also should send the VCF file as a
second attachment. The recipients should put the VCF file in the same
directory in the "My Notebook" folder as the *.ONE file, so that the link
will work.
You can also post the VCF file on a web page and link to that.
