dear sir madam im having a form to be filled out in one of my pages
like quotation filling which contains field boxes which should be
filled out and when the send button is clicked it should reach my email
address plllllllllllzzzzzzzzzz help me in this issue and also tell me
how to insert those fields

Insert, Form, and select the type of fields (like text boxes) that you want
to insert. Then right click on the form and chose Form Properties. Enter
the email address you want the form to be sent to.

NOTE: Your web host needs to have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed
and set up to send email

Further to Dave Berry's post, your host server may not support FPSE - some do
some don't as I found out the hard way!

Also if they do support the FPSE, then you must publish the site via FP's http mode, not via FTP.
