Can I assume that you are wanting to have sequential numbers assigned? Or
did you want random numbers? Either way, create the numbers in Excel. And
then do a Mail Merge. If you are using Office Publisher 2007, there is a
neat Publisher template at:

I haven't looked for older versions, but I found this link by opening
Publisher, then pressing the F1 key on the keyboard and searched for "raffle
tickets" (without the quotes) If you have an older version, I'll let you
look.

When you do a mail merge you can only have one ticket on your screen. You can
create a text box for both sides of the ticket and use the same data base.

That is the infamous Publisher bug. If you are in doubt there is a check off in
the print dialogue that will allow you to print a sample. Use plain paper.
