Hello,

My Office is 2002 version, but I can't open a word file that has restricted
to Office 2003,does any method to open the file?Should I upgrade my Office?

P.S.I have download two components that help to open the file(RMUSetup.exe
and MSDRMClient.exe),but I still can't open the restricted file.

Thank you for your response!

You should be able to open Word 2003 files in Word 2002 without any problem.
What is giving you the impression that it is "restricted to Office 2003"?

If the document was restricted using IRM then do you know if you have
permission to even open the document? If you don't then you won't be
able to open the document.

If you have permission then you should still be able to open the
document in your web browser.
