I want to paste this Visio into MS Word but cannot figure out how to do it

Experts,

Call me an idiot but, someone just sent me a Visio diagram (fits well within
one page not overly complicated) via email that I opened up fine (since I
have Vision installed on my machine). The problem is I have a Microsoft
Word document I want to paste this Visio into but I cannot figure out how to
do it! :-(

Copy & paste:
-open both, your Visio drawing and the Word doc
(-group all elements of your drawing to one single group)
-mark and copy that Visio group
-change to Word and paste

It may be necessary to fit scale and positioning of the pasted drawing in
Word.
