I want to print appropriately down the date to match time of day.

The appointments just line up underneath each other not allowing a visual of
when the appointments are. If the appointment is at late morning or early
afternoon it would be easier to see how the day is filled in.

If you can help that would be fantastic.

Visually,
It would help if you would provide more information. Are we to assume you
have some records in an Access table or query that you want to display in a
particular format in a report?
