I want to print data at specific locations on a pre-printed lease.

I have a Rental Housing Association Standard Form Apartment Lease. I want
to print tenant name, address, term etc at specific locations so that it will
appear in the proper place on the lease. Can this be done with Word or Excel?

Not enough information.

Where did this standard form come from? Do you have a Word *.doc for the
form? Or, did you scan it into Word.

What you ask is possible if you have a Word *.doc file or convert what you
have to a *.doc file. It is also possible, if you have Acrobat, to scan a
form and convert it to a form that you can fill in as needed.

Many things are possible in many different ways.
