i want to renew, but you won't take my key?

Hello Microsoft Office: I'm trying to renew my trial Microsoft Office 2003,
and when I enter my 25 letter/number Product Key code from my Certificate of
Authenticity, it won't take. Since I expire on May 31st, I need some

Hi Larry,

Is this the Certificate of Authenticity for the new computer? After the trial expiration you need to purchase either an Office 2003
product key or a retail (boxed) copy of MS Office 2003 in the edition of your choice.
