I want to use Incredimail, but I want to open in Outlook, can I?

I currently use Outlook, I would like to use Incredimail but I want to be
able to use the features of Outlook. Is there a way to have my Incredimail
work through Outlook? Can I have my E-mails sent to Outlook?

Yes, it is a POP3 mail server. Do you know how to go about doing this?
There isn't an export option, how would I do it?
