I want to write and address a letter from Outlook 2003

I have used the ACT! program for years. I can write a letter in ACT using
its word processor or MS Word. It addresses the letter and evelope, as well
as logs the letter and its location to recall it.

How does one use Outlook to accomplish the same result?
