I wanted Excel's appearence changed to Olive green

Iwished to change the appearence of Excel and MS word to change to Olive
green.I have changed the appearence of XP in same color.

If you close and restart Excel, the color scheme should change as
well.

Top and bottom did change but the side bars are still insamecolour.

To and Bottom of Excel did change,but the sidesarestill the same.Any ideas
