I wish to add text under my logo and save it all as a .jpeg?

I am attempting to print postcards and wish to do it by adding some text
under my logo (.gif) and then save it all as a picture (.jpeg or .gif). At
present the text is saved but when inserted into a postcard the logo fails to
print out. Help please? Using win xp and msoffice - publisher.

Are you grouping the text and logo and then saving as a picture? Does it print
okay from other programs such as Word?

Logo and text are grouped together and then saved as a picture (.gif and .jpg
tried!). When inserted as 'picture from file' the logo is not included, just
the text gets inserted. The thumbnail in the 'My Pictures' folder does not
show the logo as being captured, just the text. Does not print from Word!
Thank you

Did you create the logo? What format was it originally? Are you using a text box
or WordArt? Can I take a look at it? Maybe you can send the Publisher file too.

Fred, you do not attach a file "in this system". Look back to Mary's
post...she gave a munged email address in the message. Use that.

Fred sent me his file. I couldn't "save as picture" either. I grabbed the
identical logo off the web page, thinking his picture was corrupt, but it made
no difference. I could "save as" a .jpg in files of type.

I'm game to give it a shot - something will work. It's just a matter of
finding what.

Thank you David F and very many thanks to Mary, the logo plus text is now
'insertable' as a picture from file so it is a case of 'Save As...' and not
'Save As a picture'.

bless you
