ICal sync

I initially tried Entourage (office 2008 for Mac) a month or so ago and
decided to "come back" yesterday for various reasons. I noticed the initial
sync worked perfectly with my contacts but nothing happened--at least
visually--with the iCal appointments. I seem to remember having seen
something about the iCal sync not working well or reliably with Entourage
so I thought I'd ask here before I waste a bunch of time trying to make it
work if it's gonna prove futile. Help, anyone?

Calendar events go exclusively to a calendar called Entourage in iCal.
You could try turning Sync off, then back on to see if it corrects the problem,
