iCal VTASK import?

Does Oulook 2003 support importing tasks via iCal? I try to import the file
and get a weird error about lunar and gregorian calendars...
Hhowever I am able to import appointments AOK. I suspect the lack of an iCal
export for tasks implies the same support for importing.
This is my sample file:
