I'm trying to use the iCalendar funciton in Outlook 2003. However, when I go
to the Options section, the seting for sending an iCalendar as an attachment
to internet email addresses is greyed-out. I confirmed that we currently use
Exchange 2000 (soon to go to 2003). However, when I send an invite to an
internet email address (they have MS Outlook), it only sends the invite in
the body of the email, not as an ics file attachment.
Is there any additional settings they need to do on the exchange server? Or
is there any additional software that I need to install / enable?
Thank you
