iCalendar error message

I've been using iCalendar successfully for quite some time. Now, out of the
blue, I am getting the error message "Can't create file: Olktmp.ics. Right
click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on
the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."

We've tried all the usual suspects when it comes to solutions. Any ideas
out there?
