Icannot view/share calender busy/free times with other users

Using Outlook 2003 - When I schedule a meeting I cannot view the free.busy
times of other users on my network. Cannot share my information with others
also. Other computers are using Outlook 2003 also.

How do I set up the computers to share this information?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
