I am working with Windows XP and Outlook 2003. For some reason about a week
ago when I open outlook I get the following message: "The add in C:\Program
Files\Blackice\IBE\ICEemh32.dll could not be installed or loaded. This
problem may be resolved by using the Detect and Repair on the Help Menu"
I looked and this .dll is not there.
I run the Detect and Repair and it runs a few status bars and then says
complete but nothing if fixed.
Do I just need to get a copy of this .dll from another computer put it in
the IBE folder?
Outlook appears to work ok. I noticed that when I type spell check does not
underline my errors for me. It does pick them up and repair when I send a
message though.
What exactly does this .dll do? I can honestly say that I did not accidently
delet this .dll and I am the only one who uses this computer so I am not sure
how it got removed.
