icon and menu in a custom form

I want to disable menu bar and and icons bar of my custom form when a user
open it. How can i do this ?

I found the Commandbar object in the Outlook help. I try to disable my
toolbox in my custom form when it opened but i don't know how it works.
Any suggestions?

Why don't you post the code you already have? The Help topics are pretty good on CommandBars, as I recall.
