Icon Changes do not pull from database

I have set up an Access database with various Shape fields. When I do
a build master from database the data comes accross properly, but the
Icons still look like the shape that used as the Basis in step 2 when
you select the master to use as a template. I assumed that if I
altered the various fields:

User_ShapeType
User_SubShapeType
Prop_ShapeType
Prop_SubShapeType

In the database I would actually get the icons related to those
shapes. Am I missing some field in my database that is not exported
with the shapes. Some kind of Icon index?
