This is a minor nit, but I had the same problem with one of my programs in Win98
and now with XP. One of my icons appears yellow in the Office toolbar but
appears orange when placed on the desktop. Orange is the proper color. All of my
other toolbar icons are normal. The program vendor said that they had "not heard
of this before and it appears to be a operating system issue because the
operating system is in charge of creating those icons."
If indeed the operating system creates the toolbar icons, why would it be so
selective and alter the color on one?
