After I set up Word and Excel years ago, when I placed my
cursor over an icon on either the Word or Excel toolbar,
after a moment a short description, like "save" or "copy" or
"paste" would appear. For reasons unrelated to this post, I
lost all those settings, and now need to reconfigure Word
and Excel from the "out of the box" style to incorporate all
the settings, preferences, and styles I had installed many,
many years ago. I've managed all of them except how to get
the icon description to appear when the cursor hovers over
it.
I've looked both in Excel, Word, and the Windows
settings/preference screens.
Suggestions appreciated.
