Icon display

HI Everyone,

I am running Outlook 2003 SP2 with Exchange 2003 SP1, the envolope icon for
the all the emails have disappeared, normally there is an envolope icon for
all emails in your inbox, if it is opened, the envolope shown as opened,
otherwise it is closed(marked as unread), however, the icons are not showing
when I turn off the "Reading Panel", they only shown when the reading panel
is on.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Are you marking them read or not when not using the reading pane?

HI Milly,

It doesn't matter, all new(not read) ones and old(read) ones are all without
the envelope icon on the actual message. It only shows when you turn the
preview panel on.

Thanks
