Icon identification

In previous versions of MS Office for Mac, pointing the cursor at an icon in the menu bar or ribbon would identify the icon. For example, the word "Save" would appear when the cursor was pointed to its icon. It's not happening in the 2021 version. Is there a setting to make this happen?
