Icon in Outlook contacts view (address cards view)

When we create distribution lists in Outlook it displays with small icon at
the right top corner (address cards view). I need to set this icon (may be
any other) to simple contact in address card view. I know that's possible
(programm plaxo does it, www.plaxom), but I unable to find corresponding
interfaces. Can you help me ?

There is no published interface to do that in Outlook. How Plaxo does it, they're not telling?
