Icon in status bar

I would like to have our company logo appearing in the very left of the
status bar, like you can see the "E" of Internet Explorer. And then still
have whatever message I need to see after the logo.

I know how to do it for the message depending on which control the user is
but how can I customize this bar for the entire application with something
else than text ?

Not sure what that has to do with designing table structures

Look in the Tools menu somwhere -maybe Tools : Startup (I don't have
Access here to check). There's a place where you can specify an icon
for the application. That icon will then be shown at the top-left
corner of the application window, and also, in the icon on the taskbar
when the application is minimized to the taskbar.
