Icon in Sys Tray

I cannot get my One Note icon link on he Sys Tray. I have in checked in
Tools/Options/Other, but no luck. Also, When I tried to reload and reapir, it
tells me it cannot find the SUK1A1.cab. I inserted my CD and it just says
setup failed ? HELP!

What is the "no luck" you're having in Tools | Options | Other? What
happens when you place a check in the "Place OneNote icon..." checkbox?

In Task Manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc, then click on the Processes tab) is there
a OneNoteM.EXE file running? Does that program appear/disappear when you
make the setting change above in Tools | Options | Other?

Do you by chance have Windows XP set to hide unused icons? Is the OneNote
icon being hidden?
