Icon in Taskbar unresponsive with Word Docs

I have a user who is experiencing exactly the same problem at the same
time of day.

She will be working happily in word, with multiple documents open. When
she attempts to switch from one to another, either by using the taskbar
icon or Alt+Tab the alternate doc does not maximise. The only way I
have found so far to restore the document is to go to File the select
the file in the recent file list.

Any thoughts?

Exactly the same problem as who/what? At the same time of day as
when? What version of Word? See
