Icon missing from toolbar

Jim Wesley

A user reports a problem with Word XP removing Icons from the Toolbar if
they have not been used in a while.

Any suggestions?

Jim,

View>Toolbars>Customize>Options. Has the person checked
to show recently used commands first? Uncheck it.

Go to Tools | Customize | Options and check the box for "Always show full
menus" and "Show Standard and Formatting toolbars on two rows."

Go to tools, then customize. Search for the icon. Drag the icon onto the screen. Close the tools box. You can either leave the icon on the screen or drag it onto the screen toolbar.
