Icon picture on excel files

The icon pictures on our excel files and excel file shortcuts has changed.
How do I reset it to the excel icon.

When you double-click on one of these does the file open with Excel or........?

You may have lost your file association.

Right-click on the Icon and "Open With"

Set to always open with Excel.

Any change?

If not, open Excel and Help>Detect and Repair.
