Icon text for inserted object

I have a flow chart and want to insert .pdf files with detailed information
that associate with each step of the flow chart.

I used insert object, browsed to the .pdf file, and chose display as icon.
Visio defaults to a Adobe Acrobat icon. I've tried changing the label, but
no matter what I do, the icon remains with the text inside of "Adobe
Acrobat", and I'd much rather have the text be more descriptive (otherwise
I'll end up with multiple icons that look all the same, and are not
descriptive of what they will display when clicked).

Any ideas?

Rathet than insert the file as an object have a look at inserting a
hyperlink. Create a shape on your page, this can be any shape or image
you like, then menu Insert -> Hyperlink

Unfortunately, this won't work for me. This is a training file that needs to
be shared by 3rd parties, so a hyperlink will break as the file is
transferred via e-mail, etc. Other ideas?
